A fantastic opportunity for you to kick start your professional career!
Equilaw is an award-winning, conveyancing law firm with specialism in handling equity release cases. Our success has been built by our dedicated staff and their commitment to providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients. Full training for the role will be provided and our ethos is to promote from within, meaning there are plenty of opportunities for promotion and progression within the Company.
The Role
Are you looking to take the first step in your legal career?
This role is primarily about delivering first-class customer service and advice to our clients over the telephone. New to equity release? Don’t worry, we will provide you with all the right tools and training needed so you can succeed in your new role. We are focused on improvement – improving our customer service journey whether it be through IT innovation or other suggestions made by any of our team, we have an open-door policy and proven staff suggestion scheme. We encourage our staff to share their suggestions so we can make positive changes and keep our promise of continuous improvement.
Within the Case Assistant role, you will provide in-depth support to the Case Managers in the team. You will also gain experience dealing with a variety of legal issues such as matrimonial transfers, deed of variations, restrictions, lease extensions, freehold purchases, and unregistered title checks.
