Customer Experience Associate.
£24,100 increasing to £25,600 within 18 months.
Monday - Friday

In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload, addressing a variety of customer needs and situations. Your responsibilities will include assessing issues, providing effective solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Customer Experience Associate Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer's situation and assess the issue.
- Spot potential fraud and report it.
- Clarify and meet customer needs.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Keep records accurate and up to date.
- Update customers with empathy and care.
- Treat customers fairly and stay professional.
Customer Experience Associate Requirements:
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, following company standards.
- Manage deadline and time efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes and teamwork.
- Ensure accuracy with strong attention to detail.
