Sales Manager
As our sales manager, you’ll take the helm of a talented sales team, inspiring them to exceed targets and delivering outstanding results. You’ll be the go-to person for setting goals, developing strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Energise and guide your team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Break down objectives into clear, actionable steps, tracking progress daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Deliver training, coaching, and personal development plans for team members to reach their full potential.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue within our existing client base while promoting our full range of services.
- Be a resource for your team, offering guidance on performance, resolving challenges, and maintaining morale.
- Use data and insights to track competitor activity, adjust strategies, and stay ahead.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong connections with our clients.
Requirements:
- Thrives in a leadership role and knows how to motivate and inspire others.
- Communicates effectively, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Understands the sales process and is confident setting and achieving targets.
- Excels at problem-solving, organising tasks, and making decisions under pressure.
- Has a collaborative mindset and a passion for team success.
