Key Tasks and Responsibilities

To work collaboratively with the Education Manager and Provision Lead to manage and co-ordinate placements for new and potential students and Bespoke Provision Programmes for SGS Oasis.
Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships and communication with other schools, providers and supporting organisations (for example: local comprehensive and specialist schools, The PRU, Youth Support Service, Youth Offending Service, Social Services, parents, carers and other relevant providers and supporting organisations
Attending school EHCP annual reviews and arranging effective transitions into Oasis for potential learners.
To plan and oversee effective and accessible bespoke packages of education and support to ensure learner engagement and progression.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English grade C or above, or equivalent
IT Literate (especially proficient in the use of Excel and Word)
Knowledge of Specialist Education and Alternative Provision
Knowledge of Local Authority consultation processes and procedures
