Full Electrical Project Manager - 39367

Gloucestershire

Location: Gloucestershire
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (+ company car or allowance)
Sector: Commercial Small Works & Fast-Track Projects (£1k - £50k project values)

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects, including office and school refits, supermarket refreshes, bank renovations, and new build commercial developments.

This position is ideal for someone eager to take the next step in their career, with developed leadership skills and a solid understanding of site operations.

With support from senior colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines.
* Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project quality.
* Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
* Implement health and safety measures to create a secure working environment.
* Prepare progress reports and manage resource allocation effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of materials and completed work.
* Ensure effective time management across all aspects of the project.

Experience and Skills Required:

* Previous experience in the construction industry (e.g., as a Supervisor, Chargehand, or Project Engineer).
* Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes, materials, and techniques.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team management.
* Problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently under pressure.
