Estimator / Order Processor

Gloucester

Mercury Specialist Frames Ltd is an established manufacturer of aluminium and PVC fenestration products located in Gloucester, just minutes from J12 of the M5. We are experiencing exceptional year on year growth with demand high for our products across the UK. As such we are now looking to appoint another Estimator / Order Processor to further strengthen our team and ensure we continue to meet our customer expectations.

Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who is experienced in working with aluminium and PVC products and have experience in processing on industry specific software (First Degree Systems, Logikal, Evolution).

Whilst not an exhaustive list, the main duties involved would be:

Processing of quotations based on customer’s drawings
Processing of orders
Liaising with customers to ensure that their requirements are understood correctly
Co-ordinating the relevant paperwork ready for the shop floor
Organising the stock requirements with the relevant department

Training will be provided on Logikal and First Degree software as required, and we would expect the right candidate to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, possess good administration skills and have a pleasant telephone manner.

This is a full-time position, with the hours of work being Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm, and the salary negotiable depending on experience.
