As our Sales and Events Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our exciting corporate events operation! This role is all about blending your flair for sales with your love for creating memorable experiences. You will be actively seeking out new corporate clients, building strong relationships, and crafting unforgettable events that leave a lasting impression.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales: Develop and grow our events portfolio by actively pursuing new corporate clients. You’ll take the lead in generating new business opportunities and closing sales.
Client Engagement: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide detailed proposals and quotations. Your goal? Turn inquiries into successful events!
Event Coordination: From researching suppliers and negotiating prices to managing logistics and coordinating suppliers, you’ll ensure every detail is covered to make our events spectacular.
Hands-On Management: Oversee event setup and teardown, organize all elements required for success (from safety equipment to refreshments), and be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Support Company Events: Assist with the organization of other company events like competition days and Open Days, making sure they are flawlessly executed.
Marketing & Promotion: Work alongside the Marketing Manager to create buzz for our events through strategic marketing and engaging social media campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Creative Design: Use your design skills to create graphics and artwork with tools like Affinity Suite or Canva.
Website & Newsletter Management: Keep our website up-to-date with fresh content and manage our mailing database to grow our community via newsletters.
Office Administration: Handle general administrative duties, including completing booking forms, invoicing, and covering the front desk when needed.

Tech-savvy, with experience using WordPress, MailChimp, and design tools.
