Cotswold Wedding Co. is a fast-growing wedding styling company specialising in high-end venue décor and breathtaking installations across the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join our small, dynamic team. If you thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment and love making special moments even more magical, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
As a key part of our team, you’ll enjoy a varied role that combines hands-on creativity with behind-the-scenes coordination:
Wedding Prep & Styling: Prepare stunning décor items and assist in setting up and dismantling wedding designs at venues.
Stock Management: Organise and maintain décor items in our Cheltenham stockroom.
Client Engagement: Respond to enquiries, schedule consultations, and create quotes and invoices.
Collaboration: Liaise with couples and venues to ensure every detail is planned to perfection.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in weddings or events is a bonus, but we’re happy to provide training for the right candidate. What matters most to us is your passion and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong IT and communication skills (in person and on the phone).
- Full UK driving licence and reliable transport.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.

- Professionalism when working with clients and venues.

Hours & Location:
- Part-time: 20–30 hours per week.
- Based primarily in our Cheltenham stockroom and at wedding venues, with flexibility for admin work from home.
