Logistics Coordinator - NE/12313

Tewkesbury

My client, based in Tewkesbury, are a global wholesaler & distributor of some of the biggest UK brands. Due to their hard work, commitment and overall success, business is BOOMING!. Their continued growth and success has now led them to seek a Logistics Coordinator to join their team!
This pivotal role involves coordinating stock movement from the warehouse to customers, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Manage container bookings and collections.
Handle documentation and paperwork.
Track shipments and resolve issues.
Communicate with relevant parties.
Coordinate schedules and meetings.
Provide holiday cover as needed.

Essential Experience & Abilities:

Experience of working within a busy administration role
Experience of working within a fast-paced office environment
Strong IT skills and sound experience in Microsoft Packages
Excellent IT Skills especially Excel
Enthusiastic and hungry to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
Good time management
Flexible attitude and approach
Ability to manage busy workload and prioritise

Finish early every Friday at 9:00am - 4:00pm
