*Shop Floor Staff for busy Electrical Panel Builders*

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a rapidly expanding business? We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Shop Floor Staff at our Electrical Panel Building business. If you have experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or panel building; or are keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Assembling and wiring electrical distribution systems to specification
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Using hand tools and power tools for precise electrical assembly
• Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are met
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment
