Assistant Finance Manager - HFP1223

Cirencester

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for an Assistant Finance Manager based in Cirencester

DAY TO DAY:

• Assist the Finance Manager to lead and manage the accounts receivable team ensuring it functions smoothly
• A point of reference for inter-departmental information and advice
• Ensure accounts receivable aging items are escalated and resolved within a timely manner
• Ensure cash collection is maximised
• Assist the Finance Manager to lead and manage the AP team ensuring it functions smoothly
• Ensure any accounts payable issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner
• To include internal and external audit requirements
• Accruals and prepaids
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and treasury processed

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• AAT Level 4 qualified
• At least 3 years’ recent experience in all aspects of the role
• Previous accounts receivable and payable experience
• Team management experience is desirable
• Must be able to work as part of a team and contribute to departmental goals and objectives
• A commercial and professional approach to work
• Ability to use your initiative and problem solve
• Able to multi-task, juggle competing priorities, and work independently under tight deadlines
• Well organised, with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Salary- up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
