Head Of Finance
Gloucester
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a prestigious organisation in entertainment sector seeking a highly skilled Head of Finance to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to play a key role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the effective management of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all departments.
- Manage and oversee financial reporting, cash flow, and P&L analysis.
- Act as the primary contact for external audits and ensure compliance.
- Develop KPIs to monitor business performance and contribute to financial strategy.
- Provide financial leadership for associated foundations and subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with department heads on cost-saving strategies and pricing models
- Support new business projects with financial planning and risk assessment.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to overall business strategy.
Experience and Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong financial leadership experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- IT and financial systems proficiency with a proactive approach to technology adoption.
- Experience in commercial decision-making and cost management strategies.
