Head of Finance - Senior FBP - 4636815

Hays Senior Finance are partnering with a FTSE 250 company based in Wiltshire, looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Business Partner to cover a 12-month maternity leave, specialising within the supply chain and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.



Who are you?

- Qualified (CIMA/ACMA/ACA) with demonstrable post-qualified experience gained within the industry.
- Proven experience of business partnering, forecasting and delivering month end.
- A background of supporting and challenging businesses to make optimal operational and performance decisions.
- A proactive approach to driving improvement to our outputs and processes.
- Commercially minded - quick to understand the business and identify risks and opportunities.
- Analytical - able to present complex data in an understandable and impactful way.

Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 + CAR + Bonus
