Macaulay Edwards Independent Financial Consultants Limited – a well established IFA Practice based in Montpellier, Cheltenham.

Job Outline

Office based IFA Administrator circa 20/25 hours per week with consideration also given to a full time 35 hour per week candidate – for the right person school hours could be considered.

Job Description

To provide efficient IFA client administration support for our existing clients as a member of the Practice’s admin team.

Responsibilities

The role will include but will not be limited to:

• Updating and maintaining client databases and registers including document scanning

• Liaising with providers and clients

• Data extraction

• Data presentation

• Client report facilitation including illustrations

• Annual client review invites

• General ‘touch point’ client marketing

• Other general administration duties

Skills and Experience Required

• Current or very recent IFA administration experience would be preferred however full training for the right candidate would be provided

• Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills with a keen eye for detail

• A good level of comprehension

• An ability to construct specific letters and reports

• Good IT skills including data input and a working knowledge of Word and Excel

• Being able to work both independently and as part of a team

• An ability to prioritise and ask for help if required – training will be given

• Good telephone manner

• An openness to be flexible within the role

• 22 days (excluding bank holidays) annual leave pro-rata for part time

• Flexible hours including school hours can be considered for the right candidate

• Auto Enrolment Pension contribution upon completion of probation

• Friendly working environment

• On road car parking is possible for the right candidate

• Salary negotiable and will be dependent upon skills and experience
