Finance Administrator
Cheltenham
Corinium Carpets Ltd is seeking a Finance Administrator to complement our existing busy team at our offices in Cheltenham.
Corinium Cheltenham is a family run business which have been providing homes in and around Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds with quality Carpets and Runners, Wood Floors, LVT's and Vinyl's since 1976.
We also showcase a range of beds by Harrison Spinks and our own range of Shutters blinds.
We specialise in Luxury flooring brands and are proud to support sustainable products in our showroom and strive to provide our customers with excellent customer service.
The role as Finance Administrator will be part-time initially 20-25 hours per week, there may be a degree of flexibility and this can be discussed at the time of interview.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Recording and matching deliveries to invoices.
- Processing all documents into Xero (we also use JNC for construction, but training will be given on this system).
- Raising and resolving queries against invoices.
- Recording data on internal spreadsheets.
- Raising Sales Invoices through our Retail System into Xero.
- Collating fuel card receipts to reconcile to the monthly fuel card statement.
- Petty cash handling
- Assisting with various tasks of an administrative nature relating to our domestic/retail contracts.
- Potential of further training to provide holiday cover and expand knowledge base.
- Answering phone calls and recording of messages.
The role requires the following skills:
- Absolute attention to detail at all times.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- A pleasant telephone manner.
- Sound mathematic skills and competency with excel.
- Team Player.
- Previous experiences in a finance environment would be desirable but not essential.

Salary: Salary range £24,000-£26,000 pro rata and is negotiable depending on experience.
