Contract Administrator – Excellent Opportunity! - CMA552

Rare and exciting opportunity to join our very successful, well established and continually growing client based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. 

This is a brand-new permanent vacancy due to growth and this company can offer impressive career development opportunities!  It’s an excellent place to work, with many longstanding members of staff to prove it. Working from their bright and modern offices you will be based within a supportive team assisting with scheduling work and administrative tasks.  Full training will be provided. 

As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing client interactions and supporting field engineers, ensuring the seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities:
Quote Management:
- Identify quotes from engineers’ paperwork and action accordingly.
- Collaborate with field engineers to gather all necessary information.
- Administer quotes efficiently and liaise with clients to facilitate approvals.
Client CRM Management:
- Use the client’s CRM system effectively to extract, update, and manage key information.
Documentation Accuracy:
- Ensure all documentation is precise and up to date, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
Invoice Preparation:
- Coordinate invoicing by assembling client-specific spreadsheets.
- Confirm all forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Team Collaboration:
- Support colleagues and management as needed to meet team goals.
- Ensure all aspects of the contract are invoiced accurately.

Salary - £24,250

Hours - Monday – Friday – 8am – 5pm – 1 hour for lunch
