Temporary Graphic Designer: 3-month Contract

We are looking to recruit a temporary Graphic Designer looking to join a business that’s key focus is to make our customers happy!
We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking designer to help design and develop our extensive range of marketing materials across all our brands. Working within a fast-paced studio environment, you will be self-motivatedto get things done, with a keen eye for detail and enjoy working within a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build multi-channel marketing communications as directed by the Studio Manager.
- To help support all areas of the marketing team as and when required to ensure deadlines are met.
- Responsible for the swift creation of marketing communications for JG Travel Group brands in line with agreed layouts and templates.
- Ability to work on more than one build at any one time.
- Control and check all marketing material prior to delivery.
- Produce accurate and high-quality work that meets the design specification and deadlines cost effectively.
- To think creatively and develop new ideas to target customer groups.
- Keep abreast of new innovations and developments in IT, particularly design programmes.
- Communicate with printers and 3rd parties to ensure the efficient delivery of materials within the set deadlines.
- Enjoy working as part of a team of other designers, copywriters, printers, and marketing specialists to deliver all marketing communications and deliver against annual sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have good Excel skills along with experience of InDesign for print, specifically knowledge of using paragraph styles, GREP styles and data merging. Experience of Adobe Creative Suite, with a particular focus on Photoshop and Illustrator would be advantageous.
You will be used to having to multi-task, adjust designs based upon creative feedback, workto tight timescales and ideally have experience of working with a wide range of media.
