Level 3+ Qualified Room Leader
Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham
We are recruiting for a full-time room lead! The position is 4 days a week with a set day off each week (38 hours). We'd love to show you around our nursery so please do get in touch!
We are looking for a Level 3+ Qualified Room Leader.

- A really supportive and friendly team.
- 4 day working week (Full time 8am until 6pm). Your day off is the same every week.
- Competitive rates of pay: £26,083.20 per year
- Generous holiday entitlement (4 weeks, plus the Christmas break, plus all the bank holidays, plus the opportunity to build up to an extra week by getting an extra day of holiday after two years, then again each year until you have an extra week)

You must be able to:
- Build fantastic relationships with all the children and help them to be curious, caring and confident!
- Lead the team in providing a stimulating, challenging and safe environment for the children to explore, which effectively supports the EYFS Development Matters Curriculum.
- Contribute to the In the Moment Planning on a daily basis and support your team to do the same.
- Build positive relationships with all parents and carers in your group, to include daily interactions and involve them in their child’s learning and experiences at nursery.
- Follow the nursery safeguarding procedures and policies at all times and ensure you are up to date with local and national guidance and legislation.
