We are seeking to appoint a Referral Room Manager who will oversee the management of our referral room. This is a challenging role but extremely rewarding. The role provides the opportunity to engage with students and support them to continue their education when they have been sent out of a lesson. The role would also involve providing support in other ways in-person and administratively throughout the school day. This role would suit somebody with experience of working with children on a 1:1 or small group basis. You will work under the Assistant Headteacher (Student Welfare & Guidance) and be part of a friendly, welcoming and supportive team.
The successful applicant will:-

- Have strong organisational and planning skills.
- Be able to build strong relationships with people.
- Be committed to the support for students.
- Be an adaptable person who can demonstrate flexibility when required.
- Join a supportive and friendly support team contributing to the school’s overall ethos.
