A growing business seeks a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor. This role offers a dynamic environment, working with prestigious clients across the UK. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on all health and safety matters.
- Develop and deliver training.
- Investigate accidents, complete RIDDOR reporting.
- Write and monitor safety policies.
- Conduct risk and fire assessments.
- Make presentations, collect data, identify risks, and conduct fire drills.
- Undertake site visits and audits for CDM clients.
- Stay current with legislation.
- Represent the company at networking events and build a client base.

Candidate Requirements:
- Effective team contributor with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and used to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership.
- Persistent in resolving issues and adhering to standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
- NEBOSH National General Certificate (minimum requirement).
- Technical member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, committed to advancing to Graduate/Member status.
- NEBOSH Fire Certificate and experience in CDM regulations preferred.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.

Skills and Competencies:

- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Methodical and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency and self-assurance in tasks.
