Deputy Reception Manager

Gloucester

We are looking for a Deputy Reception Manager to join the team, within a busy GP Surgery in Central Gloucester.

Having merged from four practices in 2018 Aspen Medical Practice is now a single large practice with over 31,000 patients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy individual with the ability to work well under pressure and be supportive towards all members of staff in all departments.

As a Deputy Reception Manager, you will work alongside the existing Deputy Reception Managers to supervise the Reception team and ensure the efficient and smooth running of the practice.

The post is ideally suited to someone with supervisory experience (within a healthcare setting preferable, not essential), high attention to detail, excellent literacy, organisational and customer service skills.

You will be main point of contact to provide operational support to the Reception Team and the Reception & Operations Manager.

• Flexibility (cover of shifts when needed)

Hours to be discussed at interview to include:

• Monday 08.00am- 13.30pm
• Tuesday 08.00am- 13.30pm
• Friday 13.30pm – 18.30pm
• All other hours are negotiable.
