Employment Specialist (Step Forwards) - 10107

About The Team & Role

Part of the Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub, our service provides support for people who are at risk of long-term unemployment including people with disabilities, young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) and Care experienced young people. 

We are currently seeking an Employment Adviser (Step Forwards) working with care experienced young people of Gloucestershire to help them gain and sustain paid employment. This role is fixed term till 31/03/2025.

This role will include partnership worthing with a variety of other professionals and key stakeholders.

About you 

You will be innovative, creative with a customer focus and have excellent communication skills, which will allow for you to develop a range of close links with a range of partners; including other GCC teams, all with the aim of increasing skills base, knowledge and the opportunities available.
