Job summary
This is a great opportunity to join NHS Gloucestershire ICB and be part of the children, young people and maternity team who work with partners to transform and develop service provision for children and young people in Gloucestershire. This post will provide full senior administration support for Childrens Continuing Care and the Keyworker services delivering the NHS Long Term Plan vision across Gloucestershire providing support to children and young people with continuing care needs, learning disabilities and /or autism.
Through early intervention and joined-up working across the system, NHS Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire County Council have a statutory responsibility to meet the health care, social care and educational needs of children and young people with continuing care needs. Keyworking aims to deliver a new and holistic way of supporting Children and Young People with a learning disability and/or autism and their families.
