Diabetic Practice Nurse / Specialist Diabetic Nurse
Brockworth
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and experienced Practice Nurse – NMC registered, to join our excellent Nursing Team & Surgery.
The team currently consists of 1 Lead Practice Nurse, 2 part-time Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse Associate, 3 Healthcare Assistants and a Phlebotomist.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and take on responsibilities, and team spirited.
Experience of Diabetes is essential.
Experience in chronic disease management and Asthma/COPD is desirable along with knowledge in other areas such as CHD, health promotion and routine health screening such as smears, contraception, sexual health, and childhood immunisations.
Alternatively, we would be happy to accept applicants who are diabetic specialists without practice nurse experience.
