*Support Worker - Children and Young People's Therapeutic Care*

Full Time Therapeutic Care Workers in Gloucester / Tewkesbury area (GL19, Corse Lawn)
We are currently recruiting for Full Time Therapeutic Care Workers. There are also vacancies for permanent Waking Night staff.

We have 3 wonderful homes in rural Gloucestershire where we look after children and young people from traumatic backgrounds, and work towards developing and supporting them towards positive outcomes, to live happy and fulfilled lives.
Full time salary range is £26,500-£36,000 at entry to experienced & qualified.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential in order to drive our company vehicles
Enhanced DBS certificate is required – this can be applied for and paid on our company account.
QCF L3 CYP Workforce qualified is desirable but not essential as we will put you on a development and training pathway.
Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends. Two of our residential homes require night shifts and one has a permanent waking nights’ team so night shifts are not included in the full time shift pattern.

Our rates of pay:
£26,500 - £27,500 Entry level Care Worker
£29,500 - £30,500 for qualified Residential Care Workers with L3 Diploma in Children & Young People workforce (Social Care), or extensive experience in social /clinical care and relevant alternative qualifications.
£28,000 unqualified - £29,500 qualified Waking Nights (4 on 4 off, 35 hours pw)
£36,000 Senior TCWs (L3 C&YP essential, previous experience in a Senior Support role)
