Housekeeping Supervisor

Cheltenham

A Bonus Payment of £250 will be paid after 3 months service and a further £250 after 6 months service.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join our busy team.

You will be required to support the Head Housekeeper. You will support the team by completing Rota's, training housekeepers to the highest standard of cleanliness and managing team room allocations.
Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis, checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.

This will be a hands on role and involve housekeeping duties.

Please note – this role will cover a mixture of shifts and candidates must be available to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends.

Key Tasks

• You will be a key member of the Housekeeping team
• To help support and guide the team and encourage them to support one another
• Support the Management team in the smooth operation of the hotel

Candidate Requirements

• 2 years previous experience within Hotel Housekeeping Supervisory role in a 4/5* hotel
• A strong team member or current supervisor shall be considered
• A team player with excellent organisational and time management skills;
• Impeccable attention to detail & cleanliness
• Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can-do attitude;
• Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service
• Excellent spoken English and have immaculate presentation skills
