We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a varied role—recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and more. If you're CIPD-qualified (or working towards it) and passionate about people, this could be your next big move.

Must Have’s
- CIPD Level 5 (or currently working towards it)
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of UK employment law
- Confident managing ER cases, onboarding, and training
Nice to Have’s
- Experience in a mid-sized business environment
- Familiarity with HR software systems
- Proactive mindset with a passion for people and culture
So what will you be doing?
- Managing the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process
- Providing expert HR advice to managers and employees
- Leading on disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Ensuring legal compliance and up-to-date HR documentation
- Supporting L&D initiatives and employee engagement projects
- Administering employee benefits and supporting wellbeing
