Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new starters by completing the pre-employment checks and preparing contracts
- You will effectively place job adverts, arrange interviews and keep the recruitment tracker up to date
- Timely and accurate completion of a wide range of HR administrative duties and ad hoc tasks
- Answering telephone enquiries, taking messages appropriately, transferring calls, and dealing with straightforward queries.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent
- Level 3 CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards
- Functional/Technical Skills – Unit E, Word, Excel,
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
