Employee Relations Specialist - 3727230

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy.

The Vacancy

Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint an Employee Relations (ER) specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Cheltenham providing expert guidance and strategic support across our schools and nurseries.

You'll handle complex employee relations matters, coach managers, and ensure compliance with employment law, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees offering expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change management. Other roles and responsibilities include:

The successful candidate would ideally be CIPD qualified and or has experience in working within a HR department as an ER specialist or on a variety of ER matters. If you're a resilient, detail-oriented HR professional with excellent communication and project coordination skills with a passion for best practices, we want to hear from you!
