Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client within the education and healthcare sector to assist in the recruitment for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis!

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will:
* Advise and support the Service Leadership teams with people management issues
* Support investigating management to ensure investigations are robust and carried out in a timely manner
* Support regional HR Administrators to ensure documents are produced to the appropriate standard
* Coach, guide and train line managers in the development of their people management skill
* Play a key role in the development and maintenance of the HR policies, procedures and toolkits
* Provide support on the delivery of ER projects
To be successful as an Employee Relations Advisor, you will:
* Have an up to date knowledge of UK employment law
* Be experienced in TUPE legislation
* Hold excellent interpersonal skills - written and verbal
* Have proven experience in building effective and positive relationships with managers
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience. Please note, this is a remote based role, with regular travel (once a week) to head office in Gloucester.
