Join Our Team as a Human Resources Officer!
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resources Officer to join our team in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance while contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding – Managing job postings, interviews, hiring, and induction processes.
✅ Employee Relations – Providing HR advice, handling disciplinary and grievance processes, and supporting staff.
✅ HR Compliance & Administration – Maintaining records, updating policies, and ensuring legal compliance.
✅ Training & Development – Identifying training needs and supporting career progression.
✅ HR Projects – Supporting or leading initiatives like diversity, engagement, and policy reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ CIPD Level 5 or above (or working towards it).
✔ 2-3 years of HR experience, ideally in a similar environment.
✔ Strong knowledge of UK employment law & HR best practices.
✔ Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
Experience in HR projects, payroll, and benefits administration.

Salary: Circa £36k - £40k per annum (DOE)
Hours Per Week: ⏰ Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
