Location: Filton and Stroud Campus

FTE Salary: Senior Leadership Team £63,654.00 - £73,746.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

SGS College is thrilled to present a unique opportunity for an experienced and driven Director of MIS to join their team.

This pivotal role reports to the Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the MIS function, including data management, reporting, and registry services. The Director will take the lead in shaping the strategy for these services, driving continuous improvement and ensuring they support the College’s growth. This includes delivering timely, accurate information to key decision-makers, maximising potential opportunities, and maintaining high standards of data quality and compliance. It's an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by managing and improving the service while offering a fresh perspective for future development.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of FE funding, reporting, and compliance, as well as solid experience navigating the complexities of the FE funding sector.

Key priorities;

You will have the ability to successfully manage priorities and be able to work calmly and proactively under pressure, whilst maintaining a strong customer focus. Strong data analysis skills, the ability to adapt quickly, and a keen eye for accuracy are also essential for this role.
