Insurance Accounts Administrator - Two Days per Week
Cheltenham
Based in Cheltenham town centre, M R Ratcliffe Consultants Limited is a specialist insurance broker focusing on the transport industry and is now one of the UK’s largest independent operators, advising and arranging many different types of insurance cover.
The Company is looking to recruitan Insurance Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts team, reporting to the Finance Manager.
Key tasks:
- Reconcile and pay insurance company accounts via Sirius system
- Process incoming payments, update cash book and post to system
- Liaise with insurance companies as required
- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets
- Provide Reception cover when required
Candidates should possess:
- A good working knowledge of Excel
- Confidence working with numbers, basic accounting preferable but not essential
- Good telephone manner
Holiday: 31 days per annum including Bank Holidays pro rata
Pension and Death in Service schemes available after a qualifying period
