The Role
As a Commercial Client Handler, you’ll be at the heart of their mission: delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to clients. From advising on policy events to building strong client relationships, you’ll ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting the perfect insurance solutions for a wide range of clients.
- Providing expert advice and securing the best cover at competitive rates.
- Keeping everything running smoothly by managing client data and policy updates.
- Staying vigilant to spot opportunities and mitigate issues.
- Collaborating with insurers, prospects, and internal teams to maximise business growth.
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an Insurance Account Handling role.
- Fantastic attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- A passion for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Knowledge of Acturis and the broking insurance market is a bonus!
