SEN Teacher / Tutor

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with a strong commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our team. A passion for SEN is essential, with previous experience teaching children with SEND desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with a range of SEND.
Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and inspire students with SEND, promoting a love for learning.
Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to the Commission team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant SEND experience.
Knowledge of various learning difficulties and disabilities, including but not limited to Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
Familiarity with the latest SEND legislation and best practices.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Commitment to professional development and staying current with educational trends.

20 hours per week, this is a split with some hours work from home and in person
