An exciting opportunity has arisen for an adaptable and creative individual to teach in our Health T-Level department!
You may have a strong background in teaching health and social care or perhaps looking to move into teaching from the health sector, whether this be from a nursing, mental health, or community health background. If this is the case, we would like to hear from you.
Here at Cirencester College, we run the adult nursing, mental health, and healthcare science pathways as part of our level 3 health suite. We also run a level 2 transition course in Health to support learners into level 3. Experience in one of these fields, or the willingness to teach across these pathways, would be advantageous.
The role entails:
Teaching to a high standard and developing student’s skills and confidence to succeed.
Working collaboratively with an experienced health team.
Working with our work experience team and employers to ensure that students get the most from placements.
Playing a full role as a member of the Faculty and College community
Providing pastoral support for students if your role includes being a personal tutor
Candidates should have a commitment to post compulsory education at FE and be motivated to achieve high standards in teaching and learning. The ability to work well within a team and to adapt to curriculum demands is essential. Candidates will be committed to the Cirencester College mission and vision and be able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines in a demanding environment. The College is supportive of new entrants into teaching and provide professional development onsite.
Closing Date: 16th April 2025

The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
