Conveyancer/Executive - Residential Property
Cheltenham
Overview
Dee and Griffin Solicitors are looking for a Conveyancing Executive to join an established, and successful residential property department. Working as an important part of a small team, you would assist clients through the conveyancing process in a friendly and confident manner.

Technical Responsibilities:
You will work within your technical abilities whilst adhering to; and promoting compliance with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
Duties will vary experience depending, but may include:
- Reviewing Title
- Raising Enquiries
- Issuing Contract Packs
- Preparing Searches
- Preparing Mortgage Reports
- Drafting Completion Statements
- Carrying out the Exchange Process
- Preparing Files for Completion
- Preparing SDLT and Land Registry Application
- Deal with any Requisitions Raised.
About You:
Ideally you will display strong inter-personal skills and an ability to deal with clients, other firms, and organisations at all levels. You will demonstrate a client focused approach to service delivery, and the ability to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines.
