Legal Secretary - Private Client - 834cbf21-cd16-48a1-9f88-ae74b5

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Legal Secretary to join our prestigious legal firm based in GL7.
You can be an experienced Legal Secretary or a graduate that is seeking their first step in to a legal firm.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (office based)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Day to Day of the Role:- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, including screening and directing to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
- Produce legal documents like wills and contracts.
- Prepare court forms and statements/Handle confidential information.
- Work from solicitors' written notes and audio files (dictation)
- Make appointments and manage diaries.
- Accompany solicitors to court or police stations - possibility
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.
Salary: £25,000 Annual
