About the role

At Cotswold District Council, we’ve recently repatriated a large number of staff from a service provider (Publica) and we’re on a mission to create an inclusive, agile, and high-performing workforce that delivers the very best outcomes for our residents. We’ve created a brand new role of Organisational Development & People Lead. In this new role, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and embedding our vision, values, culture, developing our people, and ensuring that we remain an employer of choice.
