My client offers an inclusive, diverse, and friendly workforce who are looking to expand with a new Head of Growth. Based in modern offices in Tewkesbury this client offers a fantastic workplace culture where employees are truly valued and developed.
The role:
To support us in achieving our challenging long-term business objectives, this post requires strategic vision and leadership. You will be someone who can immediately grasp the workings of three highly effective, multi-functional teams, including administration, contract management, which is in charge of fuel quality schemes, and a laboratory, which oversees fuel quality testing and research.
About you:
- A strong interest in environmental concerns; it would be advantageous to have education in this or a related field
- Proven track record of creating and executing ambitious business plans with the capacity to identify and drive cutting-edge growth strategies and objectives.
- Leadership abilities with a natural ability to inspire teams, promoting an empowerment culture to meet goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the self-assurance to present and function at the senior management level. Management reporting experience; able to integrate a thorough understanding into practical ideas and actions.
