Deputy Manager
Cheltenham
Meadows Day Nursery requires a Deputy Manager to support the manager in all areas of duties. You will work alongside staff, as well as cover administrative roles and cover the manager’s absence.
You will need exceptional leadership skills, be compassionate to the needs of the children and their parents and support a busy team and the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring high safeguarding standards are maintained.
We require you to be at least Level 3 qualified, have a strong understanding of early years legislation, with excellent communication skills and a passion for high quality childcare.
