Maintenance Manager - 23643_223376440

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the maintenance function within our production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations across the department.

Plan, monitor, and manage contractors involved in maintenance duties to ensure compliance and performance.

Lead the maintenance team, managing staff training, communication, absence and performance, and identifying upskilling opportunities.

Work closely with other departments to identify, plan, and execute re-engineering solutions focused on continuous improvement.

Organise Capital Ex Projects from planning to execution.

Implement and control the spare parts strategy, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.

Maintain and execute the Preventive Maintenance Plan, ensuring timely task completion and resource allocation.

Manage and adhere to the maintenance budget as outlined in the business plan.

Plan and execute maintenance shutdown activities effectively and with minimal disruption.

Design weekly preventive maintenance plans in alignment with production schedules.
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in a maintenance management role within a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of HSE compliance and maintenance planning systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 Annual +
