£55k - 65k DOE
Gloucestershire (2/3 days pw, other days on site)
Are you a mechanical project manager/contract manager seeking to join a rapidly growing company?
Due to business expansion, we are looking to recruit a Mechanical contract Manager to join the team, this would also suit a senior project manager looking to step up. This business work predominantly across the retail, office and commercial space.
The role:
* Lead and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
* Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
The person:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the building services industry.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
