Office Manager - Small, Specialist Engineering Business Location: Blockley, Moreton-in-Marsh, GL56 9RF Salary: Very Competitive, depending on experience

Are you an experienced and proactive Office Manager who thrives in a small, close-knit business where your contribution is genuinely valued?

We're working with a well-established, specialist manufacturing and engineering company based in Blockley, who are looking for a hands-on Office Manager to join their team. This is a key role supporting all areas of the business-from accounts and office processes to customer service and client interaction.

You'll be the kind of person who enjoys variety in your day, takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, and brings a calm, professional approach to a fast-paced environment. Working closely with a small and friendly team, your work will have real impact and visibility across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing day-to-day office operations and supporting a small team

Overseeing accounts processes (Sage experience ideal)

Handling client enquiries and providing exceptional customer service

Streamlining and improving administrative processes

Supporting leadership with ad hoc duties and project coordination

Who We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar all-rounder role

Ideally from a small business, engineering, or manufacturing background

Highly organised with great communication skills

Confident using Sage and Microsoft Office

Proactive, self-sufficient, and solution-oriented
