Care Manager - Dom Care
Cheltenham
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing care plans, managing staff, and working closely with families and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients.
- Oversee and manage a team of care workers, Senior Carers and Care Coordinators
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of client needs.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Managing quality of care through spot checks and Supervisions etc.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Relevant certifications or qualification in healthcare or social work are preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficiency with healthcare management software
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Driving licence and own car
