HOURS: 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Vacancy - Maintenance Manager
We are recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Manager with facilities experience who is hands on to assist in the maintenance of offices and studio sites.
Responsibilities:
* As a Team Leader you will directly supervise and actively participate in hands-on maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operations and maximum efficiency within the office premises.
* Establish and enforce correct policies for physical security, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and insurance requirements. Implement necessary tools and systems to maintain compliance.
* Manage capacity requirements aligned with business needs. Coordinate with contractors for timely execution of maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless implementation.
* Take charge of day-to-day safety operations, implementing robust measures for fire safety, first aid procedures, building security, and managing health and environmental risks.
* Assume overall responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of internal and external environments, ensuring they meet safety standards.
* Ensure staff, external contractors, buildings, and services comply with health and safety legislation. Conduct 'risk assessments' related to the Estates function.
Requirements:
* Must demonstrate experience and practical abilities in maintenance operations.
* Show strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively, delivering results within demanding timelines.
* Have an excellent collaboration skill, coupled with the ability to work independently, driving improvements, and embracing change when necessary.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction across all levels.
* Confident and adaptable with a proactive attitude toward solving challenges.
Salary: £30,000pa - £40,000pa
Hours Per Week: 40hrs
