Machine Operator - 0612MO

Gloucester

Are you looking to work for an industry leader? Are you looking to start a career within operations or have experience and fancy a change? Based in Gloucester on a major bus route, working as a Machine Operator you will be responsible for the safe operation and optimisation of equipment within manufacturing. You will work 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights followed by 4 days off. With a starting salary off £32,325 + Overtime opportunities this is an excellent opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain machinery within production at required quality.
* Complete and maintain area/equipment cleaning and checking procedures.
* Accurate recording of operating conditions to meet production plan.
* Identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure all roles and responsibilities are up to operating standards.

Skills and Attributes:

* Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
* Must be able to pass a drugs screening.
* Proficient in reading and writing.
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and manage your own workload.
* A passion for career development and progression.
* IT Skills - The ability to use and have a basic understanding of computer software including Microsoft Office.
