Parking Administrator - Parking Services

About the role
The Parking Administrator will undertake a range of duties to assist with the administration of council managed car parks and the processing of penalty charge notices.
You will also be expected to:
- Liaise with internal and external customers to provide advice, information and resolve queries.
- Receive and record customer enquiries, complaints and service requests through email, telephone calls or in person
- Maintain parking records and input/update data in the parking database as required
- Issue parking permits for internal and external users in accordance with policy and organisational procedures
- Assist in the recovery of any outstanding parking fines and monitor outstanding debts
- Record and maintain records of inspections, defects and maintenance works and ensure action is taken on these report
Interviews will be held in-person on Thursday 16th May, 2024.
