Job Opportunities at PATA Head Office

Resulting from an organisational restructure we are looking for an experienced Early Years Manager to oversee the successful running of PATA’s Managed Early Years settings.  We require strong leadership skills, an eye for detail and the capability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Reporting to the CEO and working as part of the Senior Management Team you will manage our PATA Managed Group (PMG) Early Years Managers, providing them with oversight, accountability and support.  You will work with them to ensure that their settings provide high quality provision, meeting PATA expectations and standards.  Based from our Head Office in Gloucester the role will include visiting the five settings based around the county on a regular basis.

The role is part time, 30 hours per week, 42 weeks annually, to be worked flexibly to meet business need, as agreed with the Chair of Trustees and in association with the Senior Management Team.
