What you will be doing as a customer care advisor:
- Helping Customers: Be the voice of the company, responding to a variety of customer queries through phone, email, and chat, offering timely, professional solutions.
- Solving Problems: Triage technical issues like connectivity faults and work with our team to ensure a seamless fix, whether it’s scheduling a service engineer or passing cases to technical support.
- Showcasing Our Products: Help potential customers find the right product for their needs and excite them about joining the family.
- Adding Value: Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate to improve the customer experience—it’s all about creating win-win situations!
- Collaborating: Work with your teammates to ensure customer needs are met and experiences are exceptional.
What we are looking for in a customer care advisor:
- A natural people person—you thrive on making connections and delivering great experiences.
- A fantastic communicator with active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Someone who’s self-motivated, organized, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points if you’ve got customer service experience, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn are all we need!
